In addition to superb training by Chem-Dry professionals, many Chem-Dry technicians have received training through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certificate (IICRC) for added knowledge about carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, leather cleaning and other specialty services.
The IICRC is a non-profit organization designed to promote “High standards and ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry,” according to the organization’s Web site. The IICRC offers a variety of certifications ranging from carpet cleaning to wood floor maintenance. Ask your technician for details on their training specialties.
